Appointments & Treatment Options
I offer a range of appointments, including New Patient Osteopathy Consultations, Osteopathy Follow-Up and Reassessment Appointments, Massage, and Osteopathy-Led Massage.
Each appointment is tailored to your individual needs, with further information about each treatment, appointment duration and pricing detailed below.

New Patient Consultation - £65
Approximately 60-90 minutes
Your first appointment is a comprehensive consultation, designed to give me a thorough understanding of you, your health, and what has brought you to the clinic. We’ll take time to discuss your current symptoms, medical history, lifestyle and any concerns you may have. I’ll then assess how your body moves and carry out a physical examination, including relevant clinical and orthopaedic tests where appropriate.Following your assessment, I’ll explain my findings, discuss your diagnosis and talk through the treatment options available, ensuring you feel informed and comfortable with your proposed treatment plan. Where clinically appropriate, your first appointment will also include hands-on treatment. This may involve a combination of soft tissue techniques, joint articulation and mobilisation, muscle energy techniques (METs), stretching and, where suitable, high-velocity low-amplitude thrust techniques (HVLA). All treatment is tailored to your individual needs to reduce discomfort, improve mobility and help you move more comfortably and confidently.

60 minutes appointment
Massage Only (No prior osteopathy appointment needed; no osteopathy advice is given).
A tailored, hands-on massage treatment focusing on areas of muscular tension, restriction or discomfort. Each session is adapted to how your body is feeling on the day and can provide either focused treatment or a more general full-body massage.
Osteopathy-Led Massage (New patient consultation is required before this appointment).
For existing osteopathy patients who want additional massage as part of their ongoing care. Treatment is guided by your previous osteopathic assessment, clinical findings and treatment plan, combining focused massage with an osteopathic understanding of how your body is moving and functioning. If you have a new problem that has not previously been assessed, please book an osteopathy consultation first.
Massage Appointments - £60

Approximately 30–45 minutes
Follow-up appointments build on your initial consultation and treatment plan. We’ll begin by reviewing how you’ve been since your last visit and discussing any changes or concerns. I’ll reassess you where needed before continuing with hands-on treatment tailored to your progress. Your treatment plan will be continually adapted to help you achieve the best possible outcome.
Follow-Up Appointment - £45

Approximately 60 minutes
This appointment is ideal for returning patients who haven’t visited for some time, or when a new or different problem needs to be assessed. We’ll review and update your medical history, discuss your current symptoms and carry out a relevant physical assessment. From there, we’ll agree the most appropriate treatment plan and, where suitable, begin treatment during the same appointment.
Re-Assessment - £55
Out-of-Hours Appointments
I understand that attending during normal clinic hours is not always possible, so a limited number of out-of-hours appointments may be available by prior arrangement; contact me for availability.
New Patient Consultation – £80
Follow-Up Appointment – £60
As a sole practitioner, it is important that I also protect time away from the clinic to rest, recharge and spend time with family and friends. This helps me ensure that I can continue to give every patient the time, attention and quality of care they deserve. For this reason, out-of-hours appointments are limited and charged at a slightly higher rate.
